Terms of Use

1. The app

Tamekoshi is an AI companion for macOS, Windows and Linux published by kumanaya. By joining the waitlist, downloading or using Tamekoshi, you accept these terms.

2. Your keys and third-party services

Tamekoshi works with services you connect yourself: AI providers, apps and messaging channels. You are responsible for your accounts and keys, for following those services' terms, and for any costs they charge you, such as API usage.

3. What your companion does

Your companion can act in the apps, channels and coding sessions you connect. Anything it does on your behalf, or that you trigger from the app, has the same effect as doing it yourself in that service. You remain responsible for how you use it.

4. Mac App Store

If you get Tamekoshi from the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement prevails for that version.

5. No warranty

Tamekoshi is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from its use, including data loss, actions taken in connected services or charges from third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

6. Trademarks

Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Mac, macOS and Mac App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google, Gemini, OpenAI, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Telegram, Slack and the other names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Tamekoshi is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with a new date. You can stop using Tamekoshi at any time by deleting it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
